Join us for this Easter time celebration featuring a number of wonderful performances in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area. We’ll begin by taking in the Shakopee Passion Play featuring music, dance, and acting that bring the Easter story to life. We’ll visit the amazing Chanhassen Dinner Theater for a performance of the classic musical “Grease”. At the Plymouth Playhouse we’ll enjoy the hilarious “Church Basement Ladies in Rise Up, O Men”. We’ll welcome aboard a local guide for a tour of the Twin Cities. Plus, we’ll spend some time exploring and shopping at the Mall of America. All breakfasts and all evening meals are included. This trip will feature our friendly four legged friends – horses! We’ll begin at the incredible Midwest Horse Fair at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison. We’ll explore the exhibit area, watch horse demonstrations and visit with horses and their owners. A real treat will be watching a thrilling, high-energy PRCA Rodeo complete with bronc riding, steer wrestling, team roping, barrel racing and bull riding. The Fair’s “Epic Night of the Horse” presentation will feature great music, special effects and incredible performances by the stars of the show – horses. We’ll also spend an evening at the Dancing Horses Theater in Delavan, WI. Some people say horses can’t dance…..those people have never been to The Dancing Horses Theater. Finally, we’ll visit the Henry Vilas Zoo in Madison. All breakfasts and all evening meals are included. Motor coach transportation. Moderate walking.
