Join us as we explore our Nation’s Capital and many other treasures along the way. While in Washington D.C. we’ll visit Arlington National Cemetery where we’ll view the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and visit the Kennedy grave site. We’ll tour the U.S. Capitol, the National Mall (Lincoln & Jefferson Memorials, Washington Monument, Vietnam Memorial), the National Cathedral, the National Air & Space Museum and much more. On our way to D.C. we’ll stop by Cleveland’s Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame and have lunch at the Hard Rock Café. We’ll also spend a day in Gettysburg where a local guide will board our motor coach. The guide will bring the action of the Battle of Gettysburg to life. A visit to the incredible Gettysburg Museum is also planned. We’ll spend two “sweet” days in and around Hershey, Pennsylvania. We’ll begin with a tour of the area hosted by a local guide. A stop at Hershey’s Chocolate World will include a journey through the milk chocolate-making process, a hands-on chocolate lab experience where you can create your own bar and wrapper, and we’ll watch a fun 4-D Chocolate Mystery movie. We’ll also visit Hershey Amusement Park which features over 70 rides & attractions, 14 roller coasters, live entertainment and a waterpark. A short drive from Hershey will bring us to the amazing Sight & Sound Theater where we will watch “Queen Ester”. Set in the opulent yet perilous Persian Empire, Esther’s ordinary life changed forever when she was taken through the palace doors, entering a new world of royalty and risk. With a crown on her head and a secret in her heart, can she find the courage to trust in God’s plan? Experience one of the most riveting Bible stories of the Old Testament as it comes to life with magnificent sets, special effects, and live animals in this original stage production! All breakfasts, all evening meals and one lunch are included. Motor coach transportation. Considerable walking.
