Mississippi River Magic

NEW TRIP – The mighty Mississippi River will be featured prominently on this adventure.  We’ll spend three nights in the “Quad Cities” of Rock Island and Moline in Illinois and Davenport and Bettendorf in Iowa – all on the banks of the Mississippi River. We’ll enjoy a delightful evening aboard the Celebration Belle cruising the Mississippi River and be treated to a delicious supper and live dancing music.  A visit to the John Deere Pavilion where you’ll be able to see and climb aboard some of the biggest farm equipment in the world will be a highlight.  At the beautiful Circa 21 Dinner Theater we’ll enjoy a performance of “Escape to Margaritaville”.  This hilarious and heartwarming musical features the most unforgettable songs from Jimmy Buffett. The Backwater Gamblers Waterski Show is sure to leave you in awe.   A visit to the fantastic Niabi Zoo will certainly be a favorite.  A short drive up the Mississippi River brings us to another riverside town – LeClaire, Iowa.  We’ll explore and shop in this charming town with a visit to Antique Archeology, home of the “American Pickers” TV Show.  A visit to the very interesting Buffalo Bill Museum in LeClaire is also planned.  All breakfasts, one lunch and all evening meals are included.  Motor coach transport.  Moderate walking.
