Lake Michigan Circle

There is no way to describe the incredible attractions and sights you’ll enjoy as we literally circle the northern ½ of Lake Michigan via motor coach.  Highlights include Big Spring (Kitch-iti-kipi), a magical crystal clear spring pond fed by over 10,000 gallons of water a minute.  We’ll ferry to Mackinaw Island where we’ll enjoy an Island tour by horse drawn wagon. We’ll also be treated to the incredible Grand Hotel lunch buffet.  We’ll take a two-hour cruise through the Soo Locks at Sault Ste. Marie, visit the Museum Ship Valley Camp and explore the Point Iroquois Lighthouse.  We’ll explore Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the breathtaking beauty of Traverse City, MI.  We’ll spend a day at historic Manistee, the “Victorian Port City”.  A unique dune buggy tour on and over the spectacular Lake Michigan sand dunes will be an adventure and a trip highlight.  A four-hour Lake Michigan crossing aboard the SS Badger Ferry from Ludington, MI to Manitowoc, WI will be the perfect ending to this fantastic vacation.  All breakfasts, one lunch & all suppers are included.
