The Galena, IL Balloon Festival is truly a spectacle. We’ll enjoy Festival activities including music, shopping, collector’s car show, tethered balloon rides and more. We’ll watch “The Great Balloon Race” which features over 20 colorful hot-air balloons racing across the landscape. During the beautiful “Night Glow Extravaganza” hot-air balloons will light up the night sky. In Dubuque, Iowa we’ll visit the fabulous National Mississippi River Museum. We’ll also ride the world’s shortest, steepest scenic railway, Fenelon Place Elevator for amazing views of the Mississippi River and three states. At Dubuque’s Opera House we’ll enjoy a performance of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. We’ll also enjoy a beautiful Mississippi River Sunset Dinner Cruise. In addition, we’ll travel to Dyersville, IA to visit the Field of Dreams Movie Site and the National Farm Toy Museum. All breakfasts and all evening meals are included. Motor coach transport.
