We offer multiple trips annually to shows, sporting events and festivals.
$$ Self Booking ONLINE savings $$
(Only applies to one-day tours, excludes casino trips.)
A $4 savings is available when a guest self-books their trip online and pays in full with in 14 days of booking the trip. Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee. There is not a processing fee for electronic check payments.
If you do not wish to or are unable to pay online, your mailed payment must be received with in 14 days of booking to qualify for the $4 Online Self Booking savings.
CANNCELLATION POLICIES
ONE-DAY Tours
Cancelations received 45 days or more prior to the trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the trip are not refundable unless Able Trek is able to fill the vacant spot on the trip. If Able Trek fills the open spot, Able Trek will retain a $50 cancellation fee and all other monies will be refunded.

MULTI-DAY Land Tours w/o a flight
$100 deposit required to secure/confirm a booking. The paid in full date is generally 45-60 days prior to the trip. Specific payment information and cancellation policies are listed on each trip itinerary.
Cancellations received before the paid in full date will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received after the paid in full deadline are not refundable unless Able Trek is able to fill the vacant spot. If Able Trek is able to fill the open spot, a $100 cancellation fee will be retained and all other monies will be refunded.

$500 – $800 deposit is required to secure/confirm a booking. Paid in full date is 90-120 days prior to the trip. Specific payment information and cancellation policies are listed on each trip itinerary.
Cancellations received before the paid in full date will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee, all other monies will be refunded.
Cancellations received after the paid in full deadline are not refundable unless Able Trek is able to fill the vacant spot. If Able Trek is able to fill the open spot, a $100 cancellation fee plus any non-refundable payments to venues, the cost of any fees associated with name changes or traveler changes with airlines, cruise line, etc will be retained, all other monies will be refunded.
